Over at Twenty Sided Tale, Shamus Young has an excellent rant against
“the evil retarded pedophilic inbred cannibal Nazi liars at 2kGames. I will not be satisfied until the company is driven out of business and the involved parties are all conscripted into forced labor working in a malaria-infested South American turd mine. The company headquarters should then be burned to the ground and the ashes gathered up and disposed of in the same manner as depleted rods from a nuclear power plant. The building site will forever after remain a barren scar on the face of the world, since no life could hope to grow where…”
I don’t know what pissed him off quite so much, but it’s a good rant.

I thought this article on the history of road safety was a fascinating read.
Yesterday we visited “A Country Affair”, also known as the Hampton Court Show. This annual event is a great place to wander around and chill out. A few of the traders deserved a mention:
Despite being nearly chillied to death, it was a wonderful day out.
We also found out about the Emsworth Food Festival coming up in a few weeks…. That looks like a fun day out, too.
From TubeJP, this London Tube Journey Planner will save me a lot of time peering at the map in Waterloo on my next trip into the city. If I remember to look before I go.
A brief history of road safety has some fascinating facts about changes to the “rules of the road” in the UK….. Worth a peek…
After all the stuff we see about scams, terrorists, and other crap going on in the world, this BBC story is good news.
The club behind it is a web forum, and it’s gratifying to see the actual forum thread from the guy whose car got restored.
Something that I keep seeing around t’Internet is the “meme” of LOLcats. These are captioned cat photos, with bad grammar and even worse spelling.
Since I work in the field of Information Security, I decided it was time I got a LOLcat of my own.
You can make your own LOLcat, too!
