Pub and Brewery Changes

Looks like the Bullfinch in Binfield (or is it?) is no longer a Vintage Inn. It’s now called The Warren, new look outside. Any news on what it’s like?
Also, on a sad note, it looks like the Cheriton Brewerty has closed, as reported on the CAMRA mailing list for the area.
